πŸ‘‹πŸΌ Hey there, and welcome aboard! I'm Sully, the creator of Unicorn Panel.

Whether you wandered in from a forum thread, went looking for a saner hosting control panel, or just followed the rainbow trail out of curiosity, we're glad you found us!

What is Unicorn Panel?

Unicorn Panel is a lightweight web hosting control panel built for people who actually run servers. It's designed to be fast, minimal, and self-contained. It's also part of a larger stack built around the same philosophy: a web server, a database server, a mail server, and a DNS server, all leaning toward small footprints and sane defaults.

For those interested in the system requirements, a standard Unicorn Panel installation is remarkably lightweight, utilizing only about 500 MB of RAM and 3 GB of disk space. This footprint includes a complete stack featuring a web server, a database server, a DNS server, an email server, and a live website running a PHP application. We have tested Unicorn Panel on a 512 MB RAM Vultr IPv6 server (with 512 MB swap) and it runs flawlessly.

Community guidelines (the short version)

We keep the rules light, but they matter. The gist:

  1. Be decent. Treat people the way you'd want to be treated when you're three hours into debugging at 2 a.m. No harassment, personal attacks, or bigotry. Accounts doing so will be permanently blocked and we reserve the right to revoke your license key.
  2. Post in the right place. Using the right category keeps things findable for the next person with the same question.
  3. Search before you post. There's a good chance your question has already been answered. A quick search saves everyone time.
  4. Ask good questions. When reporting a problem, include the basics: Unicorn Panel version, your OS version, relevant config, and the actual error or log output. "It's broken" is hard to help with, but a log snippet is gold.
  5. Keep self-promotion in check. Sharing something you built that's genuinely useful is welcome. Drive-by advertising and affiliate spam are not.
  6. No spam, piracy, or license abuse. That includes sharing license keys, cracked software, or anything that helps people skirt paid plans.
  7. Report security issues responsibly. Found a vulnerability? Please don't post it publicly. Email security@unicornpanel.com so we can fix it before it's exploited.

Welcome again β€” we're excited to have you. Now go introduce yourself. πŸ¦„βœ¨

P.S. Did you know this Discussion Forum is running on our very own Sleipnir Web Server? This web server is exclusively for Unicorn Panel customers!

How do i need to see this panel, we are looking in a lightweigth panel for our customers, wil it ben a central login where they can login to control their sites or is per server based.

Hi @NetPeople. I will be launching a demo early next week so you can test it a little. I'm also going to drop a forum post on some good features. There's so many to list!

The Primary server (control panel) will be a central login to manage all features including Secondary servers.

Resellers will be able to brand the control panel into their own logo, name, colors, and also use their own domain name.

Let me know if you have any further questions!

Thanks,

Hi @Fida,

Due to unexpected circumstances development was recently paused on Unicorn Panel.

We plan to start development again next week however, we don't foresee a release to be ready until the end of August.

As soon as I have something to share with you, I will do.

Thank you for checking in!
